Drawing upon 30+ years of experience working with individuals and families at all life stages,  I am well equipped to understand changes and challenges that may emerge at each stage of life.  A season of struggle is not the time for the guesswork of forging a path alone.

My purpose is to provide a grounding therapeutic presence and customized, evidence-based, therapy interventions.  I have a well-developed set of skills, a deep body of knowledge, and a wide breadth of practice experience.  This enables me to accurately assess for many diagnoses, developmental markers, and dynamics in families and relationships.
